Tumi Watch Co. has a full service maintenance and repair shop. We specialize in Swiss wristwatches, pocket watches and clocks including vintage and all complicated movements. Our repairs are guaranteed for one year for the services we provided (see our Guarantee/Warranty page). Should any part(s) need to be replaced, we will advise you along with an estimate prior to replacement. All work is done on-site by our staff, and expert watchmaker (see our About Us page).

The service and repair staff at Tumi Watch Co. will perform general maintenance service for $150.00 (plus shipping and handling) per timepiece (pocket watches, clocks, and vintage watches require individual estimates). The following list details all steps included in the general maintenance service of your timepiece:

o Disassembly of the case and dialed movement
o Cleaning and oiling of the movement
o Cleaning of all case and bracelet components
o Testing of the rate and adjustment (if applicable)
o Water resistance test (if applicable)
o Best possible cleaning of the case and bezel
o Reassembly of the case and dialed movement
o Quality control testing
* Replacement of worn and/or damaged movement parts not included in the general maintenance service
* General Maintenance Service (with no replacement of parts) is customarily completed within two weeks of
receipt

All shipments to us must be insured with carrier (ie; UPS, FEDEX) for full value of watch or clock. At our establishment we are insured by Lloyds of London. Upon receipt of your watch or clock, we will inspect it and provide you with an estimate, if it is out of warranty work.
